We have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Garcia over the last 7 months

while in the process of purchasing a new home. Mr. Garcia worked tirelessly

for us over this time and went above and beyond to help us purchase the

perfect home.

We started working with Mr. Garcia in early November 20O8. He was very

thorough in helping us understand the current market, what was available and

how best to go about our search. We looked at a large number of homes in all

sections of Tucson and surrounding areas. He happily showed us homes at all

hours of the day, any day of the week and frequently on very short notice. He

was polite, professional and always willing to answer any question we had.

When the time came to place an offer on a home Mr. Garcia carefully walked us

through the process and exhibited a great deal of patience and perseverance.

close on our home by our targeted date. Having purchased homes elsewhere,

seamless.
